摘 要:以晋圣三沟鑫都煤业XV2203巷为案例,进行了支护参数优化设计。采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟法分析了围岩变形量、塑性区结果,确定支护锚杆最佳长度2.2 m,锚杆合理间距1.4 m×1.6 m。优化支护方案应用后,顶板离层仪监测的数值较小,随时间变化数值逐渐趋于稳定,有效控制了巷道顶板变形。Taking the XV2203 roadway of Jinsheng Sangou Xindu Coal Industry as a case,the optimization design of support parameters is carried out.The FLAC^(3D)numerical simulation method is used to analyze the deformation amount and plastic zone results of the surrounding rock,and the optimal length of the support anchor rod is determined to be 2.2 m,with a reasonable spacing of 1.4 m×1.6 m between the anchor rods.After the application of the optimized support scheme,the values monitored by the roof separation instrument are relatively small,and gradually tend to be stabilized over time,effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway roof.
