摘 要:以朱庄矿Ⅲ635运输巷沿空留巷为工程背景,基于应力优化思路和顶板破断特征,通过理论计算和数值分析,确定爆破切顶优化围岩应力关键参数和分阶段支护技术方案。工程应用结果表明,Ⅲ635运输巷两帮及顶底板变形量分别降低至98 mm和138 mm,变形得到有效控制,为同类矿井提供了技术参考。Taking theⅢ635 transportation roadway gob-side entry retaining in Zhuzhuang Mine as the engineering background,based on the stress optimization tack and the characteristics of roof fracture,through theoretical calculation and numerical analysis,the key parameters for optimizing the surrounding rock stress during blasting and roof cutting,as well as the phased support technology scheme,are determined.The engineering application results show that the deformation amount of the two sides and roof and floor of theⅢ635 transportation roadway is reduced to 98 mm and 138 mm respectively,and the deformation is effectively controlled,providing technical reference for similar mines.
