摘 要:为缓解矿井采掘接替紧张现状,保证采掘衔接,通过分析认为工作面地质条件、控顶距及支护条件是影响掘进速度的主要影响因素,通过引进EBZ-150型掘锚一体机设备,采取增设临时支护系统、调整支护参数、优化劳动组织等一系列措施,巷道单进水平最高月进达到796 m。In order to alleviate the tense situation of mining and excavation replacement and ensure the connection between mining and excavation in mines,through analysis,it is believed that the geological conditions of the working face,the control of top distance,and the support conditions are the main influencing factors affecting the excavation speed.By introducing the EBZ-150 type excavation and anchor integrated machine equipment,adopting a series of measures such as adding a temporary support system,adjusting support parameters,and optimizing labor organization,the maximum monthly advance of a single footage level in the roadway reaches 796 m.
