摘  要:针对马道头煤业特厚煤层综放工作面开采过程中,因上覆坚硬顶板大面积垮落造成的强矿压显现问题,提出采用地面水力压裂的治理方法,通过在工作面上覆地面施工垂直钻孔压裂目标层,以达到弱化坚硬顶板结构强度、减小顶板垮落步距的效果。采用该技术后,通过矿压观测和微震监测,工作面来压强度明显减弱,来压范围及持续时间显著减小。Aiming at the problem of strong mining pressure manifestation caused by the large area collapse of the overlying hard roof during the mining process of the extra thick coal seam fully mechanized top coal caving face in Madaotou Coal Industry,a surface hydraulic fracturing administer method is proposed.By constructing vertical drilling and fracturing the target layer on the overlying surface of the working face,the effect of weakening the strength of the hard roof structure and reducing the roof collapse step distance is achieved.After adopting this technology,through rock pressure observation and microseismic monitoring,the strength of the working face's pressure is significantly reduced,and the range and duration of the pressure are significantly reduced.
