摘 要:科技进步贡献率是官方发展规划中衡量创新能力的重要考核指标。创新驱动战略背景下,学界对科技进步贡献率的研究已取得一定进展,但仍存在研究意义模糊、理论演进不明晰和受国家政策部署影响较大等问题。为探究科技进步贡献率研究现状并回答上述问题,首次利用CiteSpace文献计量软件通过定性综述与定量分析相结合的方式,对1997—2021年CSSCI来源期刊发表的有关科技进步贡献率的334篇文献进行了梳理。研究发现:一是在中央政策导向下,科技进步贡献率的研究受国家创新驱动战略部署影响较大;二是以技术进步为研究重点,经济增长理论发展至今的几个关键节点依次为新古典增长理论、内生增长理论和新熊彼特增长理论;三是未来仍需在测量方法和应用领域进一步创新,以服务我国创新型国家建设。The contribution rate of scientific and technological progress is an important index for measuring innovation capabilities in the official development plan.Against the backdrop of innovation-driven strategy,academic research on the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress has made some achievements,but there are still issues such as ambiguity in research significance and theoretical evolution,and other unclear related problems largely influenced by the deployment of national policy.This paper analyzes 334 articles related to the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress included in CSSCI source journals from 1997 to 2021 through a combination of qualitative review and quantitative analysis by using CiteSpace for the first time,trying to explore the current research status and answer the above questions.The findings are as follows.First,under the guidance of the government′s policy,the research on the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress is greatly influenced by the deployment of national innovation-driven strategy.Second,with technological progress as the research focus,several key nodes in the development of economic growth theory up to now are neoclassical growth theory,endogenous growth theory and Neo-Schumpeterian growth theory in turn.Third,further innovation in measurement methods and application fields is still needed in future research to serve more towards making China an innovative country.
