摘　　要：皮肤撕脱伤是一种临床常见的损伤类型,多由交通事故或机器绞轧等造成,可发生于四肢、头皮、会阴等部位。撕脱伤的临床分类众多,目前尚无统一的标准。临床治疗过程中,在积极抢救确保患者生命体征平稳后,可通过自体皮回植、皮片或皮瓣移植等手术方式对损伤组织进行修复。本文旨在结合国内外相关文献,介绍皮肤撕脱伤的临床特征、病理机制、分型、诊断、治疗等内容。Skin avulsion injury is a common clinical injury type mostly caused by traffic accidents or machine wringing.It can occur in the limbs,scalp,perineum or other parts.There are many clinical classifications of avulsion injuries but no uniform standard at present.In the course of clinical treatment,the injured tissue can be repaired by auto-skin grafting or skin graft/flap grafting,after active rescue to ensure that the patient's vital signs have been stable.The aim of this article is to introduce the clinical presentation,pathological mechanism,classification,diagnosis and treatment of skin avulsion injuries.
