美军战伤救治培训对我军机动卫勤分队训练的启示

摘　　要：近年来美军参加多次部署行动,作战经验丰富,战伤救治培训模式完善。本文对美军医务人员战伤救治培训现况进行综述,从创伤系统、培训平台、培训内容、培训项目/课程、培训形式、培训效果评估归纳培训经验,总结培训的不足,为我军机动卫勤分队训练提供借鉴和启示。In recent years,the US military has participated in lots of deployment operations,with rich combat experience and a good mode for combat casualty care training.This paper summarizes the training experience from the aspects of trauma system,training platform,training content,training items/courses,training forms and training effect evaluation,and summarizes the deficiencies in our trainings,so as to provide reference and inspiration for the training of Chinese mobile medical teams.
