摘 要:针对目前市政工程混凝土表面受藻类侵害污染的问题,采用纳米级银离子藻苔杀除剂配制抗污混凝土,研究其对混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能的影响;采用试验藻类生长情况方法,以荧光相对值来表征混凝土的抗藻性能,即抗污性能,最大荧光值越低,混凝土抗污性能越好。研究表明:掺加纳米级藻苔杀除剂后,混凝土的工作性能表现出一定程度的降低;不同掺量及不同方式掺入杀除剂对混凝土抗压强度影响不明显,对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能影响较大;随着杀除剂掺量的增加,混凝土抗污性能显著提高,以磁力40分钟掺入方式效果最好;混凝土微生物污染最严重的区域位于干湿循环区。In view of the current problem of the pollution of the surface of municipal engineering concrete by algae,the anti-fouling concrete was prepared with silver ion algae and moss scavengers to study its effect on the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of concrete,and also used to test the growth of algae.The relative value of fluorescence is used to characterize the anti-algae performance of concrete,that is,the antifouling performance.The lower the maximum fluorescence value,the better the anti-fouling performance of concrete.The research shows that:the work performance of concrete is reduced to a certain extent after adding algae and moss scavengers;different dosages and different methods of adding nano-sized scavengers have no obvious effect on the compressive strength of concrete.It has a greater impact on the anti-chloride ion penetration performance of concrete;the increase in the amount of scavengers will significantly improve the anti-fouling performance of concrete.The effect of mixing with magnetic force for 40 minutes is the best;the most serious microbial contamination of concrete is located in dry and wet circulation area.
