摘  要:以广东省某沿海城市办公楼项目为例,阐述深厚软基采用塑料排水板堆载预压处理中所产生的沉降及水平位移变化,及软土性质在处理前后的土工试验对比。通过实际建筑基础的病害现象,分析塑料排水板堆载预压软基固结过程中对建筑预应力管桩基础的影响及作用。提出切实可行的解决方法及应对措施,为类似工程在今后的设计、施工及项目管理提供参考。Taking an office building project in a coastal city in Guangdong Province as an example,in this paper,the settlement and horizontal displacement changes caused by the preloading treatment of deep soft foundation with plastic drainage boards,and the comparison of the geotechnical tests before and after the treatment of soft soil properties is described.This paper analyzes the influence and effect of plastic drain plate surcharge preloading on the prestressed pipe pile foundation of buildings in the consolidation process of soft foundation by the disease phenomenon of the actual building foundation,and puts forward practical solutions and countermeasures to provide reference for similar projects in the future design,construction and project management.
