摘  要:针对钢-混凝土连续组合梁桥负弯矩区混凝土开裂的问题,提出了采用预制UHPC横梁且带预应力锚栓钢端板的连续组合梁新构造,该构造在位于钢-混凝土连续组合梁负弯矩区内,通过栓钉、钢端板、预应力钢筋、化学高强度膨胀螺栓将预制UHPC桥面板和预制UHPC横梁与相邻梁体进行桥梁连接。该构造限制了负弯矩区钢筋混凝土桥面板裂缝的产生和发展,具有适宜的刚度和良好的抗震性能,减小了混凝土横梁的厚度,减轻了桥梁自重,工厂预制UHPC构件以及简明的构件连接方式有效提高了施工质量和施工速度。Aiming at the problem of concrete cracking in the negative moment zone of steel-concrete continuous composite beam bridge,a new structure with precast ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)crossbeam and prestressed anchor steel end-plate is proposed.In the negative moment zone of the composite beams,the prefabricated UHPC bridge deck slab,the UHPC cross beam and the adjacent beam body are connected through stud,steel endplates and chemical high-strength expansion bolts.That applying the UHPC crossbeam,which is of appropriate stiffness and good seismic performance,avoids the generation and development of cracks in the reinforced concrete bridge deck in the negative moment zone and reduces the thickness of the concrete crossbeam and the dead weight of the bridge.The prefabricated UHPC components and simple component connection methods effectively improve the quality and speed of construction.
