摘　　要：邯郸市是国家首批黑臭水体治理示范城市,为了全面整治城市黑臭水体,邯郸市加快城市环境基础设施建设,以期用3年时间使城市黑臭水体治理明显见效。围绕邯郸市中心城区城市黑臭水体产生的原因和国家对城市黑臭水体治理的要求,制定了系统治理方案,方案在对水体黑臭原因进行追本溯源的基础上,提出了以挖掘和提升污水系统收集处理效能、全面截污纳管为核心,以控源截污为根本的系统治理路线,并结合邯郸实际情况给出了因地制宜的技术对策,同时对城市排水系统、环卫系统的提升以及水资源调配等进行了多维度统筹。在系统方案的指导下,邯郸市城市黑臭水体治理卓见成效,居民满意度大幅提升,实现了清水绿岸、人水相亲的治理目标。As the first national demonstration cities of urban black and odorous water bodies treatment,in order to renovate black and odorous water bodies comprehensively,Handan is hastening the environmental infrastructure construction to make improvement significantly in three years.Focusing on the causing of black and odorous water body and relative national requirements,the article proposed a system treatment route.Traced to the source,the systematic treatment scheme of improving sewage system efficiency,comprehensive sewage collection pipe and source control and pollution interception was proposed.According to local conditions,the technical countermeasure was given.At the same time,the coordination of urban sewage system,sanitation system and water resource allocation were conducted in multi-dimensions.Under direction of the system scheme,the treatment of Handan is highly effective,residents'satisfaction has raised obviously,and the goal of"human-water harmony with clean water and green riverbank"has also been achieved.
