摘  要:为提高山区及高原地区施工便道安全管理水平,依托昌都—江达段铁路工程,分析了影响施工便道安全管理的主要因素,利用动力仿真系统模型分析了各个因素的投入量以及各个因素的影响程度。结果表明,人员因素是影响山区及高原地区铁路施工便道安全管理的主要因素,其次是管理水平因素、机械设备因素、地形气候因素和信息数据因素。该研究结果可为山区及高原地区铁路施工便道安全管理提供参考和借鉴。In order to improve the safety management of construction roads in mountainous and plateau areas,the Changdu-Jiangda railway project is taken as an example to analyze the main factors affecting the construction access roads.The power simulation system model was applied to analyze the investment amount and influence degree of each factor.The results indicate that personnel factors are the main factors affecting the safety management of railway construction access roads in mountainous and plateau areas,followed by management level factors,mechanical equipment factors,terrain and climate factors and information data factors.This study provides reference for the safety management of railway construction access roads in mountainous and plateau areas.
