摘　　要：张杂谷是张家口市农业科学研究院历经几代人的不懈努力,成功选育得到的高产谷子杂交品种。张杂谷具有适应性强、高产、耐瘠、节水等特点,另外有着良好的抗逆和抗旱性,其秸秆富含粗蛋白。多项研究表明,饲粮中添加张杂谷及其谷草饲喂反刍动物、家禽及兔子等动物,能够有效改善其生产、生长及抗氧化性能等。文章对张杂谷及其谷草在营养特性、加工工艺及饲喂动物的相关作用等方面进行综述,以期在“粮改饲”背景下,为张杂谷及其谷草向饲草料方向转变、在畜牧业生产中广泛应用提供理论基础。Zhangzagu is a high-yield millet hybrid successfully bred by Zhangjiakou Academy of Agricultural Sciences after several generations of unremitting efforts.Zhangzagu has the characteristics of strong adaptability,high yield,tolerance and water saving.In addition,it has good stress resistance and drought resistance.Its straw is rich in crude protein.Several studies had shown that the addition of Zhangzagu and its millet grass in diets could effectively improve the production,growth and antioxidant properties of ruminants,poultry,rabbits and so on.The nutritional characteristics,processing technology and the related effects of Zhangzagu and its millet grass on feeding animals were reviewed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for Zhangzagu and its millet grass changing to forage and be widely used in animal husbandry production under the background of"grain to feed".
