补肾活血中草药复方对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、血清指标、卵泡发育的影响

摘　　要：为探讨补肾活血中草药复方对产蛋后期蛋鸡的作用效果,选择健康且体重均匀的400日龄罗曼蛋鸡180只,随机分为6组(1个对照组和5个试验组),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在罗曼蛋鸡基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的补肾活血中草药复方和抗生素枸橼酸氯米芬,进行为期30 d的饲养试验,测定并分析生产性能、血清指标及卵泡发育情况。结果表明:在生产性能上,0.5%~1.5%的补肾活血中草药复方各组产蛋率与对照组相比提高3.70%~6.12%,差异显著(P<0.05);在血清指标上,0.5%~1.5%的补肾活血中草药复方组总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05);同时显著提高了促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)等生殖激素水平(P<0.05)。在卵泡发育上,1.0%和1.5%的补肾活血中草药复方对各级卵泡发育作用明显。以上各组中草药用量普遍较大,低剂量(0.2%)的补肾活血中草药复方对蛋鸡产蛋性能、血清指标、卵泡发育作用不明显。枸橼酸氯米芬无抗氧化作用,但显著提高了FSH、LH、E2等生殖激素水平(P<0.05),促进了各级卵泡的发育(P<0.05)。综上,1.0%、1.5%补肾活血中草药复方对蛋鸡产蛋性能、血清抗氧化指标、生殖激素水平、卵泡发育作用明显,综合考虑,以1.0%的添加水平最好。In order to investigate the effects of Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound on laying hens in late laying period,180 healthy 400-day-old Roman laying hens with uniform body weight were randomly divided into six groups(one control group and five experimental groups),the control group was fed daily diet,five experimental groups were fed diet which was added 0.2%,0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound separately.After feeding 30 days,the research measured and analyzed egg-laying performance,serum indexes and follicle development of Roman laying hens.The results showed as the followings:in terms of egg-laying performance,the laying rate of 0.5%-1.5%Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound each group were significantly increased from 3.70%to 6.12%compared with the control group(P<0.05).In terms of serum indexes,T-SOD and T-AOC levels in 0.5%-1.5%Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound group were significantly increased(P<0.05),MDA levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the levels of reproductive hormones such as FSH,LH and E2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).In terms of follicle development,1.0%and 1.5%Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound had obvious effects on follicle development at all the levels.Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound was generally used in large quantities,low dose(0.2%)Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound group had no significant effects on laying performance,serum indexes and follicle development of laying hens.Clomiphene citrate had no antioxidant effect,but significantly increased the levels of FSH,LH and E2(P<0.05)and promoted the development of follicles at all the levels(P<0.05).Above all,1.0%and 1.5%Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound had significant effects on egg-laying performance,serum indexes,reproductive hormone levels and follicle development.Take all for consideration,the best addition level of Bushen Huoxue Chinese herbal medicine compound was 1.0%.
