摘  要:公铁联运是内陆运输发展多式联运的主要形式。针对现阶段公路和铁路分段运输方式单一、运输成本高以及联运效率较低等问题,在分析我国公铁联运现状和既有运输方式的基础上,结合我国运输发展、技术政策、运输装备和效能提升的客观需求,提出了公铁联运一体化运输模式,即以公铁一体式联运车为运输载具,发挥铁路“骨干运输”和公路“区域短驳”的双重优势,为实现“门到门”的直达运输服务提质增效,并阐述了发展公铁联运一体化运输的组织方式、开行方案、站场条件及技术特点,最后提出了公铁一体化运输技术的发展设想及建议。Highway-railway transport is the main form of inland transport to develop multimodal transport.In view of the problems of the single highway-railway segmented transportation mode,high transportation cost and low intermodal efficiency at present,based on the analysis of China’s highway-railway transport and the existing transportation modes,combined with the objective needs of China’s transportation development,technical policies,transportation equipment and efficiency improvement,this paper puts forward the integrated transportation mode of highway-railway transport,i.e.as the transportation carrier,the highway-railway intermodal vehicle can give full play to the dual advantages of“backbone transportation”of railway and“regional shortcut”of highway,thus realizing“door-to-door”direct transportation service.The paper also expounds the organization mode,operation scheme,station conditions and technical characteristics of developing the integrated transportation mode of highway-railway transport,and finally proposes the development ideas and suggestions of the integrated highway-railway transportation technology.
