摘　　要：27 t轴重DZ1型转向架于2014年配装于3 700辆C80E型通用敞车并在大秦线正式投入运用。截至目前,C80E型通用敞车已经运行8年多,完成了3次段修,并已接近第4个段修期。文章以C80E型通用敞车为研究对象,从运用情况、检修情况、故障及改进措施等方面分析了DZ1型转向架的运用检修情况,针对DZ1型转向架存在斜面磨耗板裂损的典型问题,提出了相应的改进措施。整体而言,DZ1型转向架总体情况良好,具有技术先进、性能可靠、检修方便的特点,能够很好地满足我国重载运输发展的需要。The 27 t axle load DZ1 type bogie was equipped on 3700 C 80E general gondola cars,formally put into use on the Daqin Line in 2014.Up to now,the C 80E general gondola cars have been running for 8 years,completed three depot repairs,and is approaching the fourth depot repair period.Taking the C 80E general gondola car as the research object,this paper analyzes the operation and maintenance of DZ1 type bogie from the aspects of the application,repair,fault and improvement measures etc.and puts forward corresponding improvement measures for the typical problem of wedge wear plate crack of DZ1 type bogie.Generally speaking,DZ1 type bogie is generally in good condition,it has the characteristics of advanced technology,reliable performance and convenient repair,which can well meet the development needs of heavy haul transportation in China.
