摘 要:针对麻山药(棒药)离散元仿真模型关键参数缺失,不利于麻山药收获机械离散元仿真发展的现状。本文分别对带皮和去皮的麻山药进行轴向压缩试验,对比得到麻山药表皮压缩特性;并通过径向压溃试验和三点弯曲试验得到麻山药径向压溃特性和弯曲特性。采用黏结模型,分别基于各向同性的结构化网格坐标和双峰模型对麻山药表皮和芯部进行离散元仿真建模,并以表皮轴向压缩极限压力值、麻山药径向压溃极限压力值和弯曲极限压力值对麻山药表皮部和芯部进行标定,得到了麻山药离散元仿真关键参数。最后通过跌落试验对仿真模型受冲击载荷时的准确性进行验证。试验结果表明:麻山药表皮极限压力值为60.89 N,麻山药径向压溃和三点弯曲试验极限压力值分别为240.50 N和61.70 N。麻山药仿真模型表皮部黏结参数为:黏结刚度:3.12×10^(7) N/m^(3)、临界应力:6.22×10^(6) Pa、黏结半径:2.656 mm;麻山药仿真模型芯部黏结参数为:黏结刚度为5.16×10^(6) N/m^(3)、临界应力为3.08×10^(7) Pa、黏结半径为3.523 mm。在冲击载荷下,跌落试验仿真误差在19.89%以内,仿真结果真实可靠,可用于仿真研究。The key parameters of the discrete element simulation model of yam(stick yam)are lack,which is not conducive to the development of discrete element simulation of yam harvesting machinery.In this paper,the axial compression test was carried out on the epidermis of yam to obtain the epidermal compression characteristics.The radial crushing test and the three-point bending test were used to obtain the radial crushing and bending characteristics of the yam epidermis.The discrete element simulation model was built with the bonding model using the isotropic structured grid coordinates and the bimodal model.The epidermis and core of the yam were calibrated with the axial compression ultimate pressure value of the epidermis,radial crushing ultimate pressure value and the three-point bending ultimate pressure value.The key parameters of the yam discrete element simulation were obtained.Finally,the accuracy of the simulation model under impact load was verified by a drop test.The test results showed that the ultimate pressure value of the epidermis of yam was 60.89 N and the radial crushing ultimate pressure values and three-point bending ultimate pressure value of yam were 240.5 N and 61.7 N.The bonding parameters of the yam epidermis for the simulation model were bonding stiffness=3.12×10^(7) N/m3,critical stress=6.22×10^(6) Pa,bonding radius=2.656 mm.The bonding parameters of the yam core for the simulation model were bonding stiffness=5.16×10^(6) N/m^(3),critical stress=3.08×10^(7) Pa,bonding radius=3.523 mm.The drop test simulation error was within 19.89% under impact load.The simulation results ware true and reliable,which can be used for simulation research.
