摘  要:随着射频系统向着小型化、高密度、高性能的方向发展,散热问题已经成为制约射频系统发展的关键问题之一。射频系统热设计指标复杂多样,基于梯度的拓扑优化方法需要推导复杂的灵敏度信息,因此无法适应多变的热设计指标。文中提出了一种射频系统散热结构非梯度拓扑优化方法,首先通过材料场级数展开方法对散热结构拓扑优化模型和设计变量进行表征和降维;然后构建了散热结构非梯度拓扑优化模型,针对降维后的拓扑优化问题,采用基于克里金代理模型的非梯度拓扑优化方法进行求解;最后,通过给出的射频系统散热结构数值算例,证明了该方法可以在不需要推导灵敏度的情况下有效求解射频系统散热结构拓扑优化问题。With the development of RF systems toward miniaturization,high density and high performance,heat dissipation has become one of the key issues restricting the development of RF systems.The thermal design indicators of RF systems are complex and diverse.The gradient-based topology optimization method needs to derive complex sensitivity information,so it can not adapt to the changing thermal design indicators.In this paper,a non-gradient topology optimization method for heat dissipation structure of RF system is proposed.At first,the topology optimization model of heat dissipation structure is characterized and the dimension of design variables are reduced by the material-field series expansion method.Then,a non-gradient topology optimization model of heat dissipation structure is constructed.The topology optimization problem after dimensionality reduction is solved by the non-gradient topology optimization method based on the Kriging surrogate model.At last,the given numerical example of the heat dissipation structure of the RF system proves that this method can effectively solve the topology optimization problem of the heat dissipation structure of the RF system without deriving the sensitivity.
