两例子宫蓄脓的治疗体会

摘　　要：犬子宫蓄脓常见于母犬发情的中后期,分为开放性子宫蓄脓和闭锁性子宫蓄脓。该文介绍了2例犬子宫蓄脓病例的诊治情况,通过流行病学询问、临床检查、血液检查、影像学检查进行综合分析诊断,确诊此病。一般不能通过保守治疗痊愈,需进行手术治疗。该文就临床中治疗的两例子宫蓄脓进行分析,采用摘除子宫卵巢的手术治疗方法后恢复良好,以期为同行提供借鉴。There are two types of pyometra:open pyometra and atretic pyometra.Pyometra is an obstetric disease of female dogs with the highest incidence rate in clinic,which is commonly seen in the middle and late stages of estrus in female dogs,and adult non⁃sterilized female dogs.Through the comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of epidemiological inquiry,clinical examination,blood work and diagnostic imaging,the disease can be confirmed.Generally,it cannot be cured by conservative treatment,and surgery is needed.This paper analyzed two cases of pyometra treated in clinic,and the patients recovered well after hysterectomy and ovariectomy,aiming at providing reference for colleagues.
