摘　　要：一流的学术期刊品牌,要有一流的期刊内容来支撑,也要有一流的编辑队伍。高素质的期刊编辑是期刊质量的重要保证,期刊编辑要适应时代发展的需要,努力从政治理论、编辑理论、文化知识等方面提升自身素养,做一个现代版的“复合型编辑”。就目前现状看,全面提高期刊编辑素养任重道远、迫在眉睫。First-Class academic journals should be supported by first-class contents,and by first-class editing team.High-quality journal editors are viewed as the important guarantee for the quality of journals.Therefore,journal editors should adapt to the needs of the development of the times,improve their own literacy from the political theory,editing theory,cultural knowledge and so on,and become modern“compound editors”.Based on to current situation,it is a long and urgent task to improve the quality of journal editors.
