摘 要:疼痛微创介入治疗是一门新兴的疼痛医学技术,随着神经介入放射学的日益成熟,在影像引导下,通过导管或穿刺对各种与疼痛相关的疾病进行一系列的治疗,达到治疗疼痛病因和解除疼痛症状的目的。尾骨痛是指骶尾部周围的疼痛和压痛。最常见的病因是骨折、半脱位和尾骨异常活动,但也存在特发性尾骨痛。患者通常有与尾骨不稳定相关的创伤史,这一现象引发了骶尾关节周围的慢性炎症。奇神经节介入治疗慢性尾骨痛具有创伤小、疗效确切、可在任何年龄范围内重复阻滞、术后并发症少等优点。本文就目前国内外X线导向下奇神经节介入治疗在尾骨痛的方法作简要综述。Pain minimally invasive interventional therapy is an emerging pain medical technology. With the growing maturity of neurointerventional radiology, a series of treatments are carried out for various pain-related diseases through catheters or puncture to relieve and improve pain under the guidance of images. Coccygodynia refers to pain and tenderness around the sacrococcygeal region. The most common etiologies are fracture, subluxation, and abnormal mobility of the coccyx, but idiopathic tailbone pain also exists. Patients usually have a previous history of trauma associated with coccygeal instability and this phenomenon triggers chronic inflammation around the sacrococcygeal joint. Ganglion impar interventional therapy in chronic coccygodynia, has its advantages of minimally invasive, reliable curative effect, less complication and reusable. This paper makes a comprehensive review of the methods of ganglion impar interventional therapy under X-ray guided at home and abroad in coccygodynia.
