摘　　要：针对导烟车走行机构使用绕线式三相异步电动机驱动,通过转子绕组串电阻调速存在调速范围小、损耗大效率低、调速不平滑等问题,采用以西门子S7-1500 PLC作为控制器,通过PROFINET通信技术,与SINAMICS G120变频器、TP1500系列触摸屏等构成总线网络,实现对导烟车走行机构的平滑调速和走行状态的实时监控。运行结果表明,这种控制方式操作简单方便,设备运行安全可靠。In view of the problems such as small speed range,large loss,low efficiency and unsmooth speed regulation through the resistance of rotor winding series,Siemens S7-1500 PLC is adopted as the controller and PROFINET communication technology is adopted.The bus network is formed with SINAMICS G120 frequency converter and TP1500 series touch screen to realize smooth speed regulation of the running mechanism of the smoke guide truck and real-time monitoring of running state.The operation results show that this control mode is simple and convenient,and the equipment runs safely and reliably.
