摘  要:随着功率半导体器件的不断发展,基于功率半导体器件的电力电子技术也得到了更广泛的应用。柔性接口装置作为一种新型的电力电子设备,可以替代传统配电网中的机械开关,并且在灵活性、可控性、快速性等方面具有优势,在实现配电网的柔性合环、电能质量扰动隔离、故障抵御等功能方面具有较高的价值与潜力。对柔性接口装置的关键控制技术展开研究,针对于不同的应用需求,详细描述了柔性接口装置的控制策略,并通过仿真进行了验证。With the development of power semiconductor devices,power electronics technology based on power semiconductor devices has been widely used.As a new type of power electronic equipment,flexible interface device can replace the mechanical switch in the traditional distribution network,and has advantages in flexibility,controllability,rapidity and so on.It has high value and potential in realizing the flexible loop,power quality disturbance isolation,fault resistance and other functions of the distribution network.The key control technology of the flexible interface device is studied.According to different application requirements,the control strategy of the flexible interface device is described in detail,and verified by simulation.
