摘 要:为解决鑫达金矿急倾斜矿体倾角变缓部位回采难度大,下盘矿石残留损失严重等问题,以鑫达矿业32#脉西下部倾斜薄矿体为研究对象,提出了留矿全面法和分条分带空场法,并对2种采矿方法的采矿技术参数以及工艺适用性、方案可行性对比分析。比选结果表明:留矿全面法在采场生产能力、损失贫化控制等方面均较分条分带空场法更具优势;留矿全面法采矿工艺与留矿法基本一致,其设备沿用、生产组织管理衔接性较好,方案可行。通过研究留矿全面法的采场布置及回采工艺,针对性地提出了矿柱回采及空区处理方案,总结了留矿全面法在鑫达金矿实际应用中的优势与不足。应用结果表明:留矿全面法既保证了倾斜薄矿体的安全回采,又提高了生产效率。留矿全面法在鑫达金矿倾斜薄矿体中的成功应用,为国内外倾斜薄矿体矿山采矿方法应用提供了技术参考与借鉴。In order to solve the problems such as difficulty in mining at the part of steeply inclined ore-body with slow dip angle and serious residual loss of foot wall ore in Xinda Gold Mine,the inclined thin ore-body at the lower part of the 32#vein west of Xinda Mining is taken as the research object,and two min⁃ing methods of full shrinkage method and strip-and-belt vacant field method are proposed for the inclined thin ore-body.The mining technical parameters,technological applicability and scheme feasibility of the two mining methods are compared and analyzed.The results of the comparison have shown that:the full shrinkage method was more advantageous than the strip-and-belt vacant field method in terms of mine ca⁃pacity and loss depletion control.The mining process of the full shrinkage method was basically the same as that of the shrinkage method,and the equipment used and the production organization and management were better connected,which made the solution feasible.Based on the study of stope layout and mining tech⁃nology of full shrinkage method,the paper puts forward the pillar mining and goaf treatment plan,and sum⁃marizes the advantages and disadvantages of full shrinkage method in the practical application of Xinda Gold Mine.The application results show that the full shrinkage method not only guarantees the safe mining of in⁃clined thin ore-body,but also improves the production efficiency.The successful application of the full shrinkage method in the inclined thin ore-body of Xinda Gold Mine provides a technical reference for the mining method application of inclined thin ore-body at home and abroad.
