摘 要:在地下采矿过程中,需要在采场溜井的某水平新增支溜井,以满足采场出矿需要。绝大部分矿山采用人工掘进开挖方式施工支溜井,施工人员需在支溜井与溜井贯通处作业,溜井壁浮石清扫难度大,存在防护工作量大、效率低、安全性差等问题。开展一次爆破成井技术攻关,通过优化布孔参数、爆破设计及施工工艺等,利用微差爆破技术创造爆破补偿空间来解决难题。现场试验表明,一次爆破形成支溜井施工方案是可行的,掘进作业采用机械化设备施工,钻孔及爆破作业在硐室内完成,作业人员始终远离溜井,是一种机械化程度高、劳动强度小、安全性好的支溜井施工方法,可推广应用。In the underground mining process,it is necessary to add a new branch chute to meet the needs of the mining.The vast majority of mines adopt the artificial excavation method to construct the branch chute,and the construction personnel need to work at the connection between the branch chute and the chute.The pumice stone cleaning of the chute wall is difficult,and there are many problems such as large protection workload,low efficiency and poor safety.Striving to make key technological breakthroughs in one blast branch chute,using differential blasting technology to create blast compensation space to solve the problem,with the method of optimizing the hole parameters,blasting design and construction technology.The field test shows that the construction scheme of one blast forming branch chute is feasible,that excava⁃tion operations are constructed by mechanized equipment,drilling and blasting operations are completed in the chamber,and the operators are always far away from the chute,which is a kind of branch chute construc⁃tion method with high mechanization,low labor intensity and good safety.It can be wide application.
