摘 要:为解决远景钨业杨林坳矿区在中深孔凿岩爆破落矿过程中施工难度大、炸药单耗高、爆破效果差等问题,通过类比国内外相近的中深孔落矿技术参数,结合矿区实际选定爆破参数合理范围,在不同分段进行现场爆破工业试验,根据爆破效果选择最优爆破参数。研究表明:切割槽的最优爆破设计为排距1.3 m,孔底距0.83 m,每排3、4孔交错布置;正排炮孔的最优爆破设计为排距1.4 m,孔底距2.3~2.6 m;正排炮孔第1排排距为1.8 m,第2排距为1.2 m,孔底距为1.6~1.8 m;爆破参数优化后,爆破炸药单耗控制在0.35 kg/t以内,减少了炮孔长度,降低了大块率。In order to solve the problems of difficult construction,high explosive unit consumption and poor blasting effect in the process of medium-length hole rock drilling and blasting in Yanglin'ao Mine of Yuanjing Tungsten Industry.By comparing similar technical parameters of medium-length hole falling at home and abroad,the reasonable range of blasting parameters is selected combined with the actual mining area,and the field blasting industrial tests are carried out in different sections,and the optimal blasting pa⁃rameters are selected according to the blasting effect.The results show that the optimal blasting design of the cutting groove is 1.3 m row spacing,0.83 m hole bottom spacing,and staggered arrangement of 3 or 4 holes in each row.The optimal blasting design of front row holes is 1.4 m row spacing and 2.3~2.6 m hole bottom spacing.The spacing of the first row of front row holes is 1.8 m,the second row is 1.2 m,and the spacing of the bottom holes is 1.6~1.8 m.After optimizing the blasting parameters,the single consumption of blasting explosive is controlled within 0.35 kg/t,the hole length and the bulk rate are reduced.
