摘  要:某硫金矿由于原矿含砷较高,导致选金作业金矿物回收率偏低,为了提高该硫金矿金矿物综合回收率,针对矿石中的毒砂包裹金进行了分离回收毒砂中金矿物的试验研究。通过对选硫作业硫精选增加1次精扫选,精扫选尾矿进行强磁选,得到了含金10.10 g/t、砷含量21.89%的砷金精矿,总金矿物回收率提高了17.98个百分点,按该新工艺金综合回收率可提高至65%左右。Due to the high arsenic content in the raw ore of a sulfur gold mine,the recovery rate of gold minerals in the gold separation operation is low.In order to improve the comprehensive recovery rate of gold minerals in the sulfur gold mine,an experimental study on the separation and recovery of gold minerals in arsenopyrite was carried out for the arsenopyrite wrapped gold in the ore.The arsenic gold concentrate with gold content of 10.10 g/t and arsenic content of 21.89%was obtained by adding one cleaning scaveng⁃ing to the sulfur cleaning and high intensity magnetic separation of the tailings.The recovery rate of total gold minerals was increased by 17.98 percentage points,and the comprehensive recovery rate of gold could be increased to about 65%according to the new process.
