摘 要:某含硫金矿原矿含硫较高,为了提高金精矿品位及回收率,结合矿石性质及工艺矿物学研究,采用分步浮选流程,通过条件试验,确定了最佳选矿工艺流程。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度-74μm86%,选金区采用丁铵黑药+25号黑药为金捕收剂,选硫区采用硫酸铜活化硫,丁基黄药为选硫捕收剂,闭路试验获得的金精矿金品位为22.38 g/t、金回收率为69.32%,硫精矿中金品位为2.5 g/t、金回收率为21.21%,总金回收率为90.53%;最终产出了较高品位的金精矿和含金硫精矿,金在2种产品中均实现计价,实现了金资源的效益最大化。The raw ore of a sulfur-containing gold ore contains high sulfur.In order to improve the grade and recovery rate of gold concentrate,combined with the ore properties and process mineralogy re⁃search,the step-by-step flotation process was adopted.Through the condition test,the best beneficiation process flow was determined.The test results show that:in the grinding fineness of−74μm 86%,ammoni⁃um dibutyl dithiophosphate+No.25 dithiophosphate is used as gold collector in the gold separation area,copper sulfate is used to activate sulfur in the sulfur separation area,and butyl xanthate is used as sulfur col⁃lector.The gold grade of gold concentrate obtained by closed-circuit test is 22.38 g/t,the gold recovery rate is 69.32%,the gold grade of sulfur concentrate is 2.5 g/t,the gold recovery rate is 21.21%,and the total gold recovery rate is 90.53%.Finally,high-grade gold concentrate and gold-bearing sulfur concentrate were pro⁃duced,and gold was priced in both products to maximize the benefits of gold resources.
