摘　　要：桃冲矿业公司青阳白云岩矿为了解决自动布料系统使用时产生的大量冲击性扬尘、定位系统受到现场高粉尘环境影响定位精度及设备维护工作量大等问题,对现有布料系统进行了自动化升级改造。改造采用格雷母线能连续且高精度地检测布料小车的绝对位置,并将小车的位置信息传输给PLC,PLC再根据位置信息实现精准的自动布料,达到了提高作业效率、减少设备维护工作量等目的,经济效益及社会效益显著。In order to solve the problems of a large amount of impact dust generated by the use of auto⁃matic cloth system,the positioning system is affected by the high dust environment on the site,the position⁃ing accuracy and the equipment maintenance workload are large in Qingyang Dolomite Mine of Taochong Mining Company,the existing cloth system has been upgraded automatically.The absolute position of the cloth trolley could be continuously and accurately detected by using the Gray bus,the position information of the trolley was transmitted to the PLC,and the accurate automatic cloth was realized by PLC according to the position information,which achieved the purpose of improving operation efficiency and reducing equipment maintenance workload.The economic and social benefits are remarkable.
