摘　　要：为了验证PCKF-1825可逆双反击锤式破碎机能否安全、稳定地应用于细碎作业,通过破碎流程工艺设计要求以及实际项目应用,将PCKF-1825可逆双反击锤式破碎机与细碎圆锥破碎机的代表机型进行了核心参数、单体解离度、预选指标等分项对比分析,根据技术指标、经济效益等因素综合考量了PCKF-1825可逆双反击锤式破碎机的应用效果。研究表明:该设备作为一种新型的矿岩粉碎设备,通过自身优势和极高的性价比,可代替细碎圆锥破碎机用作细碎作业。In order to verify whether the PCKF-1825 reversible double impact hammer crusher can be safely and stably applied to fine crushing operations,through the process design requirements of the crush⁃ing process and the actual project application,the representative models of the PCKF-1825 reversible dou⁃ble impact hammer crusher and the fine crushing cone crusher were compared and analyzed in terms of core parameters,monomer dissociation degree,pre-selection index,etc.,and the application effect of the PCKF-1825 reversible double impact hammer crusher was comprehensively considered according to techni⁃cal indicators,economic benefits and other factors.The research shows that,as a new type of ore rock crush⁃ing equipment,the equipment can replace the fine crushing cone crusher for fine crushing operation through its own advantages and high cost performance.
