摘  要:为了解决选矿过程中布料小车换仓需进行频繁操作,作业人员在设备运行期间需要始终值守,且要站在布料小车上手动操作分矿闸板进行手动切换导致的岗位劳动强度大等问题,针对布料料车智能控制问题,进行了智能布料系统及布料方法研究。该研究方法根据检测数据跟踪投料实时情况,合理做出优先布料策略,提升了供料设备利用率,进一步优化了供料效率和布料量的精确度,确保若干条送料线的送料量均匀平衡,实现了布料全自动流程作业,节省了人力,改善了操作人员工作环境,提高了工作效率,实现了精准布料。In order to solve the frequent operation of the distribution trolley during the beneficiation process,the operators need to always be on duty during the operation of the equipment,and to stand on the distribution trolley to manually operate the sub-ore gate for manual switching,resulting in high labor intensi⁃ty and other problems,aiming at the intelligent control problem of the distribution trolley,the intelligent dis⁃tribution system and the distribution method are studied.The research method tracks the real-time situation of feeding according to the detection data,makes a reasonable priority feeding strategy,improves the utiliza⁃tion rate of feeding equipment,further optimizes the feeding efficiency and the accuracy of feeding quantity,ensures the uniform balance of feeding quantity of several feeding lines,realizes the automatic process opera⁃tion of feeding,saves manpower,improves the working environment of operators,improves the working effi⁃ciency,and realizes accurate feeding.
