摘  要:某辖区为了解决尾矿坝逐年升高、尾矿库势能增加、干滩长度缩短、坝体渗透压增加、尾矿库安全系数降低的问题,针对辖区内30家选矿厂尾矿排放浓度偏低、粒度较粗的问题,在技术论证许可的条件下,进行了尾矿浓缩排放技术研究。研究将选矿厂尾矿分出部分粗粒尾砂后,通过浓缩设备将尾矿排放浓度提高到35%以上,不但可节省尾矿输送成本,延长尾矿库服务年限,而且可提高沉积滩面坡比,增加干滩长度,减少坝体渗透压,增加防洪高度,增大调洪库容,进而可提高尾矿库的安全系数。In order to solve the problem that the tailings dam increases year by year,the potential en⁃ergy of the tailings reservoir increases,the length of the dry beach is shortened,the osmotic pressure of the dam body increases,and the safety factor of the tailings reservoir decreases.Aiming at the problems of low tailings discharge concentration and coarse particle size of 30 concentrators in the area,the tailings concen⁃tration and discharge technology was studied under the condition of technical demonstration.After separat⁃ing some coarse tailings from the tailings of the concentrator,the tailings discharge concentration is in⁃creased to more than 35%through the concentration equipment,which can not only save the tailings trans⁃portation cost and prolong the service life of the tailings reservoir,but also improve the slope ratio of the sed⁃imentary beach surface,increase the length of the dry beach,reduce the osmotic pressure of the dam body,increase the flood control height,and increase the flood control capacity,thereby improving the safety factor of the tailings reservoir.
