某铁选厂土壤污染隐患排查案例分析

摘　　要：为规范土壤污染重点监管单位及时排查土壤污染隐患,并采取相应措施治理污染隐患,以某铁矿山企业的选矿厂为研究对象,分析了该地块生产的原辅料、产排污环节,现场排查重点物质和重点设施设备及活动,判断地块土壤和地下水是否受到疑似污染,初步识别特征污染物。排查结果表明:该铁矿二选厂的重点物质和重点设施设备及活动中造成土壤污染的风险低,厂区内土壤和地下水均未发现相关检测项目超标;结合排查和监测结果,提出了整改方案和建议,助力打好净土保卫战,为国内同类型企业的土壤污染隐患排查工作提供参考。In order to standardize the key supervision units of soil pollution to investigate the hidden dangers of soil pollution in time and take corresponding measures to control the hidden dangers of pollution,the concentrator of an iron mine enterprise was taken as the research object,and the raw materials,produc⁃tion and discharge links of the production of the plot were analyzed.The key materials and key facilities and activities were investigated on site to determine whether the soil and groundwater were suspected to be pol⁃luted,and the characteristic pollutants were preliminarily identified.The investigation results show that the risk of soil pollution caused by key materials,key facilities,equipment and activities in the second concen⁃trator of the iron mine is low,and no relevant test items are found to exceed the standard in the soil and groundwater in the plant area.Combined with the results of investigation and monitoring,the rectification plan and suggestions are put forward to help fight the battle of pure land protection and provide reference for the investigation of soil pollution hidden dangers in domestic enterprises of the same type.
