摘　　要：为了机制砂石破碎系统工艺及设备的正确配置和选型,针对岩石种类、坚硬度、磨蚀性指标及破碎设备的分类、破碎机理、破碎过程、适用岩石、破碎比、产品粒形、维修和费用等问题进行了对比研究,列举了2种代表岩石的破碎系统选型配置方案实例。研究得出了破碎系统配置及选型的常规方法与思路,对其他砂石骨料生产线破碎系统具有一定的参考意义。In order to correctly configure and select the process and equipment of the machine-made sand and gravel crushing system,the rock type,hardness,abrasion index,classification of crushing equip⁃ment,crushing mechanism,crushing process,applicable rock,crushing ratio,product grain shape,main⁃tenance and cost are compared and studied.Two examples of crushing system selection and configuration schemes for representative rocks are listed.The conventional methods and ideas for the configuration and se⁃lection of the crushing system are obtained,which has certain reference significance for the crushing system of other sand aggregate production lines.
