摘　　要：目的:分析不同护理模式下尿毒症患者的肾功能情况,并对比其生活质量的变化。方法:选择2018年1月至2021年1月在本院内进行尿毒症患者血液净化治疗的84例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机均衡分为A组和B组,各42例,A组采用综合护理模式,B组患者采用常规护理模式。分别对比两组患者肾功能、炎症及生活质量评估指标。结果:A组患者的β2微球蛋白、甲状旁腺素、尿素氮等指标低于B组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者炎症指标CRP、Hcy显著低于B组,组间数据对比存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。A组患者的总分、活力、躯体疼痛、社会功能、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康等维度评分均显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:采用综合护理模式的尿毒症患者,其肾功能各项指标优于常规护理方式,炎症因子同样明显优于常规护理模式,生活质量评估结果中各维度评分均优于常规护理模式,值得在尿毒症患者中应用。Objective:To analyze the renal function of uremic patients under different nursing modes and compare the changes of their quality of life.Methods:84 patients with Uremia Treated by blood purification from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into group A and group B with 42 cases in each group by random number table method.Group A adopted comprehensive nursing mode,and group B adopted routine nursing mode.Renal function,inflammation and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes of β2-microglobulin,parathyroid hormone and urea nitrogen in group A were lower than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CRP and Hcy in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).The scores of total score,vitality,physical pain,social function,physiological function,emotional function and mental health in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing mode is better than the conventional nursing mode in many indicators of renal function,and inflammatory factors are also better than the conventional nursing mode.In the quality of life evaluation results,the scores of all dimensions of patients with comprehensive nursing mode are better than the conventional nursing mode,which is worthy of promotion and use in uremic patients.
