链式管理体系下中医护理技术结合原位再生治疗对院外压疮入院患者的应用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察链式管理体系下中医护理技术结合原位再生治疗对院外压疮入院患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2022年8月收入的60例院外压疮入院患者,依据采用的护理方案差异分为了两组,各30例。对照组实施传统护理,观察组在传统护理基础上实施链式管理体系下中医护理技术结合原位再生治疗。分别在护理前、护理后(出院时)利用压疮愈合计分量表(PUSH)测定PUSH总评分,于出院时统计创面愈合时间、住院时间、护理服务总满意率,并比较以上观察指标差异。结果:观察组的创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),护理服务总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),护理后的PUSH总评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在院外压疮入院患者的护理中链式管理体系下中医护理技术结合原位再生治疗可促进创面愈合,缩短其住院时间,融洽护患关系,值得临床使用。Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology combined with in situ regenerative therapy on patients with pressure ulcers outside the hospital under the chain management system.Methods:60 patients with pressure ulcers outside the hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the difference of nursing plans.The control group was treated with traditional nursing,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology combined with in situ regeneration therapy under chain management system on the basis of traditional nursing.The total PUSH score was measured with the total pressure ulcer healing subscale(PUSH)before and after nursing(discharge),and the wound healing time,hospital stay,and total satisfaction rate of nursing services were calculated at discharge,and the differences of the above observation indicators were compared.Results:The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total satisfaction rate of nursing service was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total PUSH score after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the chain management system of nursing care for patients with pressure ulcers admitted outside the hospital,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology and in situ regenerative therapy can promote wound healing,shorten their hospital stay,and harmonize the relationship between nurses and patients,which is worth popularizing.
