摘 要:为了科学客观地评估在役混凝土梁桥技术状况,引入三角模糊数(TFN),提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)的桥梁技术状况模糊综合评估方法。依据《公路桥梁技术状况评定标准》(JTG/T H21-2011),选取混凝土梁桥上部结构、下部结构、桥面系作为准则层,上部承重构件、上部一般构件、支座等16项作为指标层;运用TFN-AHP模糊综合评估方法,同时采用0.1-0.9标度法替代传统的1-9标度法,以此来构造三角模糊判断矩阵,对准则层以及指标层里各因素进行权重计算;最后结合山西省G208线某在役混凝土梁桥进行了工程实例分析,结果表明,直接利用现行规范会高估桥梁等级,TFN-AHP模糊综合评估方法具有可行性和合理性。In order to evaluate the technical condition of in-service concrete girder bridges scientifically and objectively,a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is proposed by introducing triangular fuzzy number(TFN),In accordance with the Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges(JTG/T H21-2011),the superstructure,substructure and deck system of concrete girder bridges are selected as the standard layer,and 16 items such as upper load-bearing members,upper general members and supports are selected as the index layer;Using TFN-AHP comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method and the 0.1-0.9 scale method instead of the traditional 1-9 scale method,a triangular fuzzy judgment matrix is formed to calculate the weights of the factors in the standard layer and the indicator layer.Finally,an in-service concrete girder bridge on National Highway 208 in Shanxi Province is analyzed as an engineering example,and the results show that the bridge grade is overestimated by using the current specification directly,and the TFN-AHP integrated fuzzy evaluation method is feasible and reasonable.
