摘 要:某水库枢纽挡水建筑物为混凝土拱坝,受施工工期及导流时段制约,需在高温季节浇筑大坝基础垫层混凝土。混凝土垫层浇筑完毕后,在混凝土表面发现多处裂缝。建设方对混凝土裂缝进行了认真细致的检查和分类,确认裂缝的性质,通过对混凝土浇筑过程的全面梳理,分析了裂缝产生的可能原因,并对裂缝进行了灌浆处理。经处理后未出现裂缝向上部延伸的情况,达到预期处理目标,说明对裂缝产生的原因分析基本合理,为类似工程提供了参考。The water-retaining structure of a reservoir hub is a concrete arch dam,and theconcrete in dam foundation pad needs placing in high temperature season in consideration of construction period and diversion period.After the concrete pad is placed,many cracks are found in concrete surface.The construction party has carefully inspected and classified the concrete cracks,confirming the nature of the cracks,analyzing the possible causes of the cracks through a comprehensive review of the concrete placement process,and treated the cracks with grouting.After the treatment,no cracks extend to the upper part of the dam,which has achieved the expected goal.It shows that the cause analysis of cracks is reasonable and can provide a reference for similar projects.
