摘　　要：通过介绍毕节市茶树资源和茶产品的发展现状及存在问题,指出建设毕节市茶叶加工平台实验室建设的必要性。针对毕节目前存在的加工设备不足、技术人员缺乏等问题,设计毕节市茶叶加工实验室平台建设,该实验室的建成对茶叶专业发展具有促进作用,为区域茶叶加工技术技能人才培养提供了有力的支撑,从而对毕节茶产业的发展具有重要意义。Through introducing the development status and existing problems of tea tree resources and tea products in Bijie, the necessity of building a tea processing platform laboratory in Bijie was pointed out. Aiming at the problems of insufficient processing equipment and technical personnel in Bijie City, this paper designed the construction of tea processing laboratory platform in Bijie City. The completion of the laboratory will promote the development of tea profession and provide strong support for the cultivation of regional tea processing technical talents, which is of great significance for the development of the tea industry in Bijie City.
