摘 要:本文结合甘川渝社会经济发展和西北地区南下通道运输现状及路网规划,从路网布局合理性、客流吸引条件及通道服务、工程地质条件及工程实施难易度、生态环境敏感区影响、线路长度及工程投资、财务效益和运输费用及运输服务质量等方面对兰州至重庆高速铁路线路进行综合比选,深入系统地分析宏观走向方案的优缺点。研究成果可为类似项目的规划设计提供借鉴。In this paper,a comprehensive comparison is made for the alignment of the Lanzhou-Chongqing High-speed Railway from aspects such as rationality of railway network layout,passenger flow attraction conditions,corridor services,engineering geological conditions,project implementation difficulty,impact on eco-environment sensitive areas,line length,project investment,financial benefits,transportation costs and transportation service quality in combination with the social and economic development of Gansu,Sichuan and Chongqing,transportation status of the southbound corridor in Northwest China and railway network planning,and the advantages and disadvantages of the macroscopic alignment scheme are analyzed in depth and systematically.The findings of this paper can provide reference for the planning and design of similar projects.
