家蚕新品种“桂蚕8号”在高寒山区的秋季试养简报  

A Brief Report on the Trial Breeding of a New Silkworm Variety“GUI Silkworm No.8”in the Alpine Mountains in Autumn

摘　　要：“桂蚕8号”是广西壮族自治区蚕业技术推广站选育的家蚕优良新品种,为了解其对广西高寒山区环境与饲养条件的适应性,在高温多湿的早秋季选择地处高寒山区的凌云县养蚕农户进行新品种“桂蚕8号”的饲养试验。试验结果表明“桂蚕8号”具有以下优点:产量高、茧质优,张种产茧量较对照品种“两广二号”增产5.80%,平均茧层率提高1.10%,且茧形大、茧色洁白,上车茧率97%;体质强健,死笼率较对照品种减少3%;容易饲养,蚕体壮,食桑旺,眠起、老熟齐一,对高温多湿环境及不良叶质的适应性较强。根据试养结果初步认为,“桂蚕8号”能适应高寒山区昼夜温差大的自然环境和较粗放的地面片叶育饲养模式,可作为高寒山区更新换代的家蚕新品种。“GUI Silkworm No.8”is a new silkworm variety bred by Sericulture Technology Promotion Station of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.In order to understand the adaptability of the new variety to the environment and breeding conditions in the alpine mountainous area of Guangxi,breeding experiment of the new variety“GUI Silkworm No.8”was carried out in the sericulture peasant household in Lingyun County located in the alpine mountainous area in the hot and humid early autumn.The results showed that the new variety“Guichan No.8”had high yield and excellent cocoon quality.Compared with the control variety“Liangguang No.2”,the new variety“Guichan No.8”had a 5.80%increase in cocoon yield,and a 1.10%increase in average cocoon layer rate.The cocoon of“Guichan No.8”exhibited a large cocoon shape,a white cocoon color and the rate of cocoon for machine reeling is 97%.“Guichan No.8”is of strong physique,and the cage death rate is reduced by 3%;“Guichan No.8”is easy to feed,exhibiting good health,vigorously active mulberry leaves eating,uniform development,and good adaptability to high temperature,wet environment and low-quality leaf.According to the test results,it is preliminarily concluded that“Guichan No.8”can adapt to the natural environment with large diurnal temperature difference and the extensive ground leaf breeding mode,and can be used as a new silkworm variety in the alpine mountains.
