摘 要:灰分含量是衡量僵蚕品质的重要指标之一。将供试的5龄起蚕接种白僵菌孢子后设置不同止桑时间处理组,测定僵蚕的灰分含量,旨在探究僵蚕体质量与灰分含量的相关性,为僵蚕的规模化生产提供技术参考。结果表明,止桑时间越早其濒死蚕个体质量及僵蚕个体质量越轻,灰分含量相对较少:当有5%~10%的家蚕濒死或5%~10%家蚕死亡12 h后停止给桑(即正常给桑1次),僵蚕中灰分含量符合僵蚕质量检验标准;当5%~10%的家蚕濒死足18 h或家蚕感病后继续按正常给桑时间给桑(即正常给桑2次),僵蚕中的灰分含量便达不到僵蚕质量检验标准。因此建议:在僵蚕生产中,给5龄起蚕接种白僵菌孢子后有5%~10%家蚕濒死12 h时,仅正常给桑1次即终止给桑,可减少蚕体僵死前中肠内未消化的桑叶,从而在不降低僵蚕产量的前提下有效减少僵蚕中的灰分含量,以保证僵蚕的品质。Ash content is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of Bombyx Batryticatus.This experiment aims to provide a reference for the correlation between weight and ash content in Bombyx Batryticatus production by measuring the ash content of Bombyx Batryticatus under different stopping times of mulberry leaves feeding.The results showed that The earlier the stopping time,the lighter the individual weight of dying silkworm and rigidus mori,and the less ash content.After inoculated with spores of Beauveria bassiana,the ash contents in Bombyx Batryticatus were conformed to the quality inspection standard when 5%~10%of the silkworms are dying or 5%~10%of the silkworms died for 12 h.The ash contents in Bombyx Batryticatus were not conformed to the quality inspection standard when 5%~10%of the silkworms died for 18 h or silkworms infected with the disease were feed continuously according to the normal mulberry feeding time.Therefore,after inoculating silkworms with spores of Beauveria bassiana,it was suggested to stop feeding mulberry leaves after one normal feeding in Bombyx Batryticatus production.This reduced the undigested mulberry leaves in the midgut of silkworms,which will effectively reduced the ash content in Bombyx Batryticatus but will not reduce the yield of Bombyx Batryticatus.It was a good method to ensure the yield and quality of Bombyx Batryticatus in large-scale cultivation.
