摘 要:锂离子电池由于位置分布和热管理条件差异而产生的温度不一致,会导致串联电池组可用能量减小、峰值功率下降等问题,但是量化影响关系不明晰。基于二阶RC等效电路模型,在-20℃~25℃温度范围内,采用温度插值和插值拟合的方法,分别获取任意温度的电池放电曲线和峰值电流,其误差分别在2.19%和6%以内,为定量研究温度不一致对串联电池组放电性能的影响提供模型支撑。在此基础上,为定量分析由温度不一致引起的能量和功率效率,定义了电池组能量利用率和功率利用率,对不同平均温度和温差下100块串联电池进行量化仿真研究。结果显示,平均温度的降低和温差的增大都会加大电池能量和功率损失,为电池组热管理的温度阈值控制提供数值参考。The temperature inconsistency of lithium-ion battery due to the difference of location distribution and thermal management conditions will lead to the reduction of available energy and peak power of a series battery pack,but the quantitative influence relationship is not clear.Based on a second-order RC equivalent circuit model,in the temperature range of-20℃~25℃,this paper adopts the methods of temperature interpolation and interpolation fitting to obtain the battery discharge curve and peak current at any temperature,with errors of 2.19%and 6%at most respectively.This provides model support for the quantitative study of the impact of temperature inconsistency on the discharge performance of series battery packs.In order to quantitatively analyze the energy and power efficiency affected by temperature inconsistency,the energy and power utilization rates of a battery pack are defined,and 100 series batteries at different average temperatures and temperature differences are quantitatively simulated.The results show that the decrease of average temperature and the increase of temperature difference will increase the loss of battery energy and power.This provides a numerical reference for the temperature threshold control of battery thermal management.
