摘 要:软土地基上的建筑本身易产生不均匀沉降现象,而建设在软土地基上的体育馆由于其体型庞大、造型独特,上部荷载分布不均匀,更会加剧大型体育馆的不均匀沉降现象。存在架空层或下沉式广场的体育馆,若周边广场回填土欠固结,也将会造成主体结构多处损伤。本文以上海某大型体育馆为案例,对其不均匀沉降损伤进行现场检测分析,并对其安全性进行评估,为相关工程案例提供参考。本文主要内容包括:工程概况简介,资料调查,现场检测,分析评估,建议,结语。The building on soft soil foundation is easy to produce uneven settlement phenomenon,and the large gymnasium constructed on soft soil foundation will aggravate uneven settlement phenomenon due to its large size,unique shape and uneven distribution of upper load.If the backfill of the surrounding square is not consolidated,the main body structure of the gymnasium with overhead or sunken square will be damaged in many places.In this paper,a large gymnasium in Shanghai is taken as an example,and its uneven settlement damage is detected and analyzed on site,and its safety is evaluated to provide reference for related engineering cases.The main contents of this paper include:project overview,data investigation,site detection,analysis and evaluation,suggestions,conclusion.
