摘 要:本文将围绕单相片坐标测量系统的组成进行分析讨论,提出一种简单、快捷的光笔标定方法,以此解决以往测量设备因自身不足导致测量范围较小、测量精度不高的问题,切实满足制造业对大尺寸空间测量的实际需求。通过试验分析,进一步验证了光笔标定技术的可行性,在3m范围内,光笔测头坐标的均方差均不超过0.15mm,证明技术具有极高的实用价值。This paper analyzes and discusses the composition of single-photo coordinate measurement system,and proposes a simple and fast calibration method for light pen,so as to solve the problems of small measurement range and low measurement accuracy caused by the deficiency of measurement equipment in the past,and effectively meet the actual needs of manufacturing industry for large-size space measurement.Through experimental analysis,the feasibility of the light pen calibration technology is further verified,and the mean square deviation of the light pen probe coordinates does not exceed 0.15 mm within 3 m,which proves that the technology has high practical value.
