摘  要:中国石化燕山分公司拟将制苯装置老抽提单元改造为N-甲酰吗啉(NFM)甲苯抽提单元,提出的初步改造方案为:取消原溶剂闪蒸罐,将溶剂再生塔改为再生罐,相应调整贫溶剂换热流程。为有效脱除原料中少量苯,确保甲苯产品质量及收率最大化,利用PROII流程模拟软件对改造后NFM甲苯抽提工艺进行了优化。结果表明:随溶剂比的增大,NFM对甲苯的选择性提高,对苯的选择性则有所降低,表现出一定的苯/甲苯分离选择性。模拟所得最优的操作参数为:抽提蒸馏塔(ED塔)热负荷为4.410kcal/h,溶剂比为5.4,溶剂入ED塔温度为115℃,原料入ED塔温度为110℃,甲苯塔塔釜采出物流与甲苯塔进料的质量比(B/F)为0.016,甲苯产品侧线采出位置为第9块理论板。优化条件下所得甲苯产品纯度为99.931%,收率为99.1%。The old benzene extractive distillation unit in Yanshan Petrochemical Company was planned to be reconstructed to an N-formylmorpholine(NFM)extractive distillation unit of toluene.The reconstruction scheme were as follows:cancel the solvent flash tank in the original process,change the solvent regeneration column to a tank,and modify the solvent heat exchange process accordingly.In order to remove a small amount of benzene from feed effectively and ensure the quality and yield of toluene product,PROII software was used for process optimization.The result showed that with the increase of solvent to feed ratio,the selectivity of NFM to toluene increased,while the selectivity to benzene decreased,showing a certain selectivity of benzene/toluene separation.The purity and yield of toluene product can be 99.931%and 99.1%respectively under the optimized condition:the heat duty of extractive distillation(ED)column=4.410kcal/h,solvent to feed ratio=5.4,temperature of solvent into ED column=115℃,temperature of feed into ED column=110℃,B/F of toluene column=0.016,and the side line of toluene product was on the 9th theoretical plate of the toluene column.
