摘　　要：针对120万t/a连续重整装置预加氢循环氢压缩机(601-K-101A/B)入口过滤器滤网处铵盐结晶析出导致循环氢压缩机频繁切换,且重整循环氢压缩机干气密封粗过滤器滤网也出现铵盐结晶现象,及时分析原因及讨论解决措施,确保过滤器压差不再上涨。In view of the frequent switching of the circulating hydrogen compressor caused by the crystallization of ammonium salt at the inlet filter screen of the pre-hydrogenation circulating hydrogen compressor(601-K-101A/B)in the 1.2 million t/a continuous reforming unit,and the phenomenon of ammonium salt crystallization also occurred in the dry gas seal coarse filter screen of the reforming circulating hydrogen compressor,the causes were analyzed in time and the solutions were discussed to ensure that the pressure difference of the filter did not rise.
