超深水钻井节流管线摩阻影响及应对方法分析

摘  要:超深水井由于较长的节流管线,当井控压井循环钻井液时产生的摩阻将极大的超过常规水深井。本文分析了超深水井中节流管线摩阻产生的原因,提出了求取的时机和方法;首次将超深水井中的节流管线摩阻与井身结构设计相结合,论述了其对超深水井钻井设计、作业产生的影响,提出了相应的应对方法。以南海东部实施的超深水为例进行了实际应用,结果表明本文所考虑的方法对超深水井的设计与作业重要指导意义,可为超深水井设计和作业提供参考。Because of the long choke line,the friction generated by the well-controlled kill when circulating the drilling fluid is significantly greater than that generated by conventional deepwater Wells.In this paper,the causes of friction of choke line in ultra-deepwater well are analyzed,and the timing and method for solving it are put forward.For the first time,the friction of choke line in ultra-deepwater well is combined with the well structure design,and its influence on drilling design and operation of ultra-deepwater well is discussed,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Taking the ultra-deepwater in the east of the South China Sea as an example,the results show that the method considered in this paper has important guiding significance for the design and operation of ultra-deepwater Wells,and can provide a reference for the design and operation of ultra-deepwater Wells.
