国产动力钻具在深水喷射中的应用及探讨

摘　　要：深水油气资源日益成为海洋油气勘探的热点,但深水钻井也面临着诸多的困难和挑战,喷射导管技术是解决深水浅层钻井难题的重要技术。该技术在导管内下入动力钻具,利用钻具及导管重力钻进,喷射到达设计导管入泥深度后利用地层的吸附力和摩擦力稳定导管。随着我国深水钻井作业的增多,实现动力钻具的国产化以及提高动力钻具的综合性能以达到提高喷射整体效率充满必要性。南海西部海域两口深水井国产动力钻具的成功应用验证了国产动力钻具的作业能力,也展现了国产动力钻具在深水钻井中的良好应用前景。Deepwater oil and gas resources are increasingly becoming a hot spot of offshore oil and gas exploration,but deepwater drilling is also facing many difficulties and challenges.Jet pipe technology is an important technology to solve the problem of deepwater shallow drilling.When the drilling tool reaches the depth of the drilling pipe,the friction force of the drilling tool and the drilling pipe can be used to stabilize the drilling depth.With the increase of deepwater drilling operations in China,it is necessary to realize the localization of power drilling tools and improve the comprehensive performance of power drilling tools in order to improve the overall efficiency of jetting.The successful application of domestic power drilling tools in two deep water wells in the western South China Sea verified the operation ability of domestic power drilling tools and showed good application prospects of domestic power drilling tools in deep water drilling.
