摘  要:在修井作业中通常需要建立油、套环空通道,完成油、套环空正反循环洗井、替浆等作业,常规作业一般采取钢丝投捞开关滑套或者单独下冲洗管柱完成循环作业,作业时效低且操作复杂,费用高,为克服现有技术不足,研究了一种随钻可多次开关循环阀,通过对该工具组装、测试、保养的规范化描述,以及对关键结构导向轨结构与导向销接触应力进行了分析,证明该工具力学性能满足设计要求,地面测试及实验室试验表明:多次循环阀总成满足海上油气田循环作业工艺要求,各项指标及性能良好,开关功能可靠,该工具适用于多种工况作业,通用性强,并保留管柱通径不影响后期作业,具备现场作业推广价值,可有效降低作业成本。In the process of workover,it is usually necessary to set up oil and casing annulus passageway to complete oil and casing annulus positive and negative circulation well washing,slurry replacement and other operations,in the conventional operation,the steel wire fishing switch sliding sleeve or the single flushing pipe string are used to complete the cycle operation,which has the advantages of low operation time,complex operation and high cost,a kind of circulating valve which can be switched on and off many times while drilling is studied,and the contact stress between guide rail and guide pin of key structure is analyzed through the standardized description of Assembly,test and maintenance of the tool,it is proved that the mechanical properties of the tool meet the design requirements,and the ground test and laboratory test show that the multi-cycle valve assembly meets the requirements of marine oil and gas field cycle operation process,with good performance and reliable switching function,the utility model is suitable for various working conditions,has strong versatility,and keeps the pipe string diameter without affecting the later operation..
